Application directions: Dip eye liner brush into minerals, gently tap off excess into lid,. Then apply liner at the root of the lashes. For wet application, mix a dab of water in lid with minerals. For a smoky effect apply dry, then smudge with a smudge brush. For a double lining effect, apply two different liner colors side by side along upper lash line. |
